Keeping the above theme in mind, Dr. R. L. Bhatia launched a new book, ‘Building Pride’. As a part of his extended research, he has developed case studies on “Building Pride at Work”, using organisational data. The same was presented as an International Management Film Festival (IMFF) along with Prof. Indira Parikh’s Workshop on 10th July 2009 at 10.00 a.m. at Taj Lands End, Mumbai.
To make the subject live and contextual, he presented the “Pride of the industry awards”. He also believed it's time to give back to the profession and thus he launched the “Young HR Achievers club” on the same day with several professionals who are willing to mentor the next generation and honoured the few “youth icons”.
