Firstsource appoints Shalabh Jain as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Asia Business Unit   (View Comments)

Firstsource Solutions, a global provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services, announced the appointment of Shalabh Jain as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Asia Business Unit. He will report in to Chandra Iyer, EVP & Head Asia Business Unit.


 
Prior to joining Firstsource, Shalabh was Head, India Business at Mphasis. He has over 20 years experience and has earlier served in leadership roles in various organizations like Wipro, Compaq/HP, Wipro GE Medical Systems, and IBM Daksh. Shalabh is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur post which he did MBA Finance from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
